Install and Activate
Download the latest build, install TuneIT, open the licensing area and enter your licence key. Demo Mode lets you explore the interface and basic playback workflow before full activation.
Pads
Add audio to pads for immediate cue triggering. Use colour, keyboard shortcuts, MIDI, OSC, Stream Deck or TuneIT Remote, and configure playback behaviour such as looping, toggling and retriggering.
Playlists
Build ordered playback for walk-in music, tuning tracks, intros, intervals, VT playback and other structured sequences. Use locking and transport controls to keep operation clean during a show.
Audio Output
Use TuneIT’s audio settings to select and prepare the correct output for rehearsal, venue playback and show operation. Confirm routing before going live.
MIDI
Connect your MIDI device, open the MIDI controls and use MIDI Learn to map actions. Mappings are saved with the project for repeatable rigs.
OSC
Enable OSC in the OSC / Remote settings area. The documented default OSC port is 9000. Confirm the destination IP, port and firewall settings when connecting external show-control systems.
Remote + Viewer
Keep devices on the same network, enable remote access and confirm the connection port and PIN. The current Remote workflow uses port 8765. Remote provides control; Viewer provides read-only visibility.
Stream Deck + Companion
Use Stream Deck for tactile physical controls and Bitfocus Companion to send OSC commands in larger show-control setups.
Troubleshooting
- If MIDI is not detected, reconnect the device and reopen TuneIT if required.
- If OSC is not connecting, verify OSC is enabled and check IP address, port 9000 and firewall access.
- If Remote is not connecting, verify the network, port 8765 and any configured PIN.
- If activation fails, confirm the licence key and retry with a stable internet connection.
